Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
All American Pools of Brevard operates this website to share information about our pool construction services and respond to inquiries. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the site, contact us, or complete a pool-estimate request.
Information you provide
Our Contact Us and Pool Estimate forms collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, address or ZIP code, message, and preferences for a pool, deck, enclosure, features, and equipment. Submitting a request asks us to contact you about that request.
Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a form message.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your project, prepare or follow up on proposals, maintain customer-service records, and protect our website against spam or misuse. Formidable Forms processes our website forms. Submissions are saved in our website's form records and included in notifications to the team responsible for responding.
Our website and its hosting and security services may also process technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request times, to operate the site, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies support site security, form functionality, and saved preferences. The cookie named aap_cookie_choices remembers your cookie selection for 180 days. WordPress may also use cookies when an authorized user signs in. These necessary functions are separate from optional analytics.
Google Analytics is optional. On this website, its tracking tags are held until you accept analytics. Select Reject, leave Analytics off in Customize, or close the cookie bar to keep optional analytics off. You can still browse the site and submit an inquiry.
You can change your selection using this button at any time. Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics tracking on this browser and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already collected. You can also clear or manage cookies through your browser. Your choice is specific to this browser and device.
Google Analytics
If you allow it, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, pages viewed, interactions, device and browser characteristics, referral sources, and approximate geographic areas. Google processes technical information needed to provide this service. Analytics commonly uses cookies named _ga and _ga_...; under Google's default settings these can last up to two years, although settings and browser behavior can change their duration.
This banner keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied. Learn more in Google's explanation of data from partner sites, Google's cookie information, and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to understand how the site appears in Google Search and to check indexing and technical issues. It provides search-performance and site-management reports. Search Console is separate from Google Analytics and is not an optional visitor-cookie category in our banner. See Google's Search Console overview.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, form records, email, security, and, when accepted, analytics. Team members and service providers receive information needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect rights, safety, and the site.
Third-party links, including financing-provider links, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Information you submit directly to those services is governed by their policies. Security or spam-prevention checks on forms may process technical information separately from Analytics consent.
Retention and security
Inquiry and customer records are retained as needed to handle requests, support ongoing relationships, keep appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and purpose, and backup copies may persist for a period after routine deletion. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have submitted or to request access, correction, or deletion. We will consider the request under applicable law and may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping.
This website is intended for adults inquiring about pool services. Please do not submit personal information about children through our forms.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
