These terms cover use of the All American Pools of Brevard website and its contact and pool-estimate tools. They explain the purpose of the website and how to use it responsibly. A separate signed agreement governs any pool design, construction, equipment purchase, or other contracted service.
Using this website
You may browse the site and use its forms to make a genuine inquiry about our services. Please provide accurate contact and project information, use only information you are authorized to share, and keep your messages relevant to your request.
Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or other visitors. Do not use automated submissions or excessive requests that disrupt normal operation.
Pool-estimate requests
The Pool Estimate tool collects your preferences and contact details so our team can discuss your project. It does not display a final project price. Submitting the form is a request for follow-up; it is not a binding quotation, purchase, construction agreement, or reservation of a start date.
Any calculations used in reviewing a request are preliminary. A written proposal may depend on a site assessment, design, dimensions, materials, equipment, access, soil and drainage conditions, permitting, utilities, and other project requirements. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, and timing must be agreed separately in writing.
We aim to respond to submitted requests within one business day. Response times may vary with business hours, holidays, request volume, and whether the contact details provided are valid. A form confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request, not acceptance of a project.
Project information and images
Descriptions, photographs, sample designs, and feature selections help explain possible project options. They may not represent the exact configuration, site conditions, availability, or final appearance of a particular project. Please confirm specifications and included work in your written proposal or agreement.
We may update website information as products, services, and availability change. If you notice an error or need clarification, contact us before relying on that information for a project decision.
Website content
Text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other website materials belong to All American Pools of Brevard or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the website for personal project planning. Reproducing or using site content commercially requires permission from the appropriate rights holder.
Third-party services
The site may link to outside services, including financing providers and Google resources. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not itself provide financing approval, a loan commitment, or a guarantee about another provider's services.
Privacy and communications

Availability and separate agreements

Any applicable construction warranties, cancellation provisions, payment requirements, and service commitments are addressed in the agreement for the specific project. These website terms do not replace those agreements or limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may revise these website terms as the site changes. The effective date above identifies the version currently shown. Changes to website terms do not by themselves change an existing signed project agreement.
